Air span Pro ST wi-fi antenna | kn9pmike | on 23/11/16 |
I get my internet service via an Air span Wi-fi antenna attached to a telephone pole up about 20 feet on my side lot. The "birdies" from the service can be on various parts of 160, 80 and 40 meters. They will drift up and down the band without any particular pattern. When the power supply unit to the Air span is unplugged the noise goes away. I have attempted to contact the manufacturer but failed, they will only provide tech support to the ISP. Multiple calls to the provider provided an answer which stated "you should not have any interference because we do not use the Ham frequencies". Any help or suggestions would be most welcome.
