I don't want to be a nuisance but need to ask another question. I will be able to mount the G5RV as a flattop after all,but will need to be parallel to my 75/80 meter inverted V antenna, about 10' to the side. Would that be okay? Thanks, James |

W0BTU, Thanks for the reply. Not sure but may be able to set it straight after all. Will have it worked out in a couple of weeks. 1Bear |

I'm a complete newbe so please bear with me as I probably won't use correct terminology. I am setting up a G5RV, 102' and need to invert it, probably with my center pole about 45' and outer poles 20', is that acceptable. I live in E. Tn. 30 minutes east of Knoxville. I have 3 acres but it isn't level and I have trees to deal with. About the only angle I can erect the antenna is west southwest to east northeast. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. |
