October 2024: It looks like Pumpkin Patrol went well with much of the thruway over passes covered across WNY and ENY. I have information from RARA (Onondage), SIARC (Ontario), MOARC (Madison & Oneida), FHARA (Herkimer). Nice work everyone! I could use some more details. If you have any pumpkin patrol news that I don't already have please pass it along! Thank you!
