Recently, Venezuela experienced back-to-back 7.0+ earthquakes causing a significant amount of damage with many areas completely grid down.  Amateur radio is a lifeline and we've been asked to remain clear of 7.135mhz which is being utilized for communications into and out of Venezuela.
