A predominantly social amateur radio club with various regular events throughout the year (e.g. St. Patrick’s Day picnic, Field Day, Hamfest, Christmas Party) plus other public events and outings to help introduce the public to amateur radio as well as an AUXCOM group. Regular nightly nets held at 8:30PM on 146.790- (No PL) Sassafras Mtn. Repeater with a special focus on emergency preparedness on Sundays. We have a regular monthly newsletter available to all members or visit us on Facebook @AndersonRadioClub and keep tabs on us!
All newcomers should feel welcomed and will be warmly received, so please drop by for any regular meeting and introduce yourself!
