The Hungarian couple of Sanyi, HA7VK, aka XU7VK and XU95HA, wife Judit, HA7RJ, will arrive in Phenjan May 21 and be in the country until the end of July. Sanyi is trying to obtain permission to operate. P5BK was spotted on the Japanese DX Packet Cluster 14295 kHz SSB at 0920z. GRENADA, J3. J37Q and J37P will be active on 20 meter CW through May 7 during their early evening hours. MARION ISLAND, ZS8. Chris, ZS6RI, is enroute to Marion Island by ship. He hopes to be active in the WPX CW contest. 160 to 10 meter CW and SSB is planned for after the contest, as well as some 6 meter work. FRANZ JOSEF LAND, R1FJ.
