The business I'm promoting has a bad page on pissedconsumer.com with a bunch of valid and invalid complaints, so it's becoming difficult for me to close business. I need to get rid of some fake complaints, how do I do that? Is it better to remove complaints individually? Or put them in context? |

The best approach is usually to respond to such a complaint. If the complaint is fake, react to it with the facts. But if you still need to remove complaints from pissed consumer you can report the reviews for further evaluation to the support team and to achieve the desired result, you need to provide facts that prove the complaint is unfounded. |

Thanks for the advice! It's indeed the right approach to respond to complaints with facts, especially if they seem unfounded and it's good that there is an opportunity to contact support to check such reviews. |
