Chirp Problems

I have just bought a new computer that has Windows 10. I downloaded Chirp, downloaded the Cord Driver, the yellow triangle is gone in Device Manager, Ports, etc. I downloaded driver 3.2.0.0. I opened Chirp, plugged the cord into the radio, plugged the other end of the cord into the USB port on the front of the computer, turned on the radio and clicked "Radio" in the Chirp menu, & clicked on "Upload From Radio. I am supposed to get a drop down box that asks me which Com Port, but nothing happens. Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is? Thanks N4LCV |
