No Logbook of the World for W1AW/P

I was one of the first to join Logbook of the World. However, I didn't abide by the re-application one had to do. So my LotW lapsed (I now use eQSL anyway...) So how does one go about getting confirmation and awards for the W1AW portable operation? Are paper cards going to be available? When will the awards?
