The Windmill Amateur Radio Group, W3LTR is a very Active Club and offers Educational Amateur Radio Presentations at their monthly meetings.  The Club participates in ARRL Field Day, Winter Field Day, PA QSO Party & POTA (Parks-on-the-Air)

The Windmill Amateur Radio Group W3LTR serves both Lackawanna & Western Wayne Counties but is open to all who wish to join.

The Members of the Windmill Amateur Radio Group are available most times to help the new beginner attain his/her license to become a Member of the Amateur Radio Family.

The W3LTR Group has a Weekly HF Net on Monday evenings at 7:00 PM on Frequency:: 3.964,  a VHF Club Net, Windmill Amateur Radio Club W3LTR Monday Evening Net at  7:30 PM  on the Red Rock Repeater 147.000, PL 77  which is linked to the Elk Mt. Repeater 145.430, PL 77, Montrose Repeater  147.375, PL 77, Forkston Repeater 147.210, PL 77 and Wilkes Barre Repeater 146.460, PL 100, a 1 Meg Slit.   All Amateur RadioOperators are invite to join in and participate on the nets whether you are a member of the club or not.

The Windmill Amateur Radio Group is ARRL Affilated with 80% of its Voting Members that are also Members, in Good Standing, of the ARRL (American Radio Relay League)

Last but not least, The Windmill Amateur Radio Group offers testing for all new licensees or for those that wish to upgrade.
